Tectonic plates are pieces that form the earth, they all fit in each other like a puzzle pieces. they are pieces of the earths crust.

Size: the size of tectonic plates are massive. each one is a different shape and size, but they are still very big.

Moving: the plates are slowly moving, meaning that places like Australia are slowing moving as there tectonic plate is.

Plates: there are heaps of plates, here are some of them Pacific, North American, Eurasian, African, Indo-Australian, and Antarctic plates.
